• Simflexity is a complete platform for managing hourly and temporary staff – from recruitment to payroll.

    You can easily create shifts, assign them to workers, and manage the entire flow in one place: digital contracts, check-in/out, time reporting, and salary payments.

    For companies, it means less admin, better control, and faster handling.

    For workers, it’s easy to get assigned shifts, check in, report time, and receive payment – often the same day with Pay-on-Demand.

  • Once your employer has added you to a team in Simflexity, you’ll automatically receive notifications about available shifts.

    To get shifts, you need to:

    1. Have an active profile in the app
    2. Be part of a team and a unit
    3. Accept shifts when notified

    You can also browse and apply for open shifts directly in the app – they are only visible to workers in the team, and the employer selects which candidate gets the shift.

    Everything happens inside the app – simple, fast, and clear.

  • It depends on the settings chosen by your employer.

    Without SimflexityPay
    Your salary is typically paid on the 25th of each month for shifts completed the previous month. If your employer has enabled it, your payslip will be available in the app from the 7th.

    With SimflexityPay (Pay-on-Demand)
    If Pay-on-Demand is activated, you can receive part of your salary immediately after completing a shift, paid out via Swish.

  • If Simflexity is your employer for a shift
    Your payments from Simflexity are already taxed at 30%, so you don’t need to do anything – just receive your salary. Since Simflexity is not considered as main employer, the standard 30% tax rate is applied

    If your employer does not use SimflexityPay:
    Then your salary is paid out directly by the employer, usually on the 25th of each month. You can choose your tax table under Settings > Payments in the app.

  • You must be at least 16 years old to work through Simflexity. For certain types of work or hours (such as evening or night shifts), the minimum age may be 18, in accordance with labor regulations

    It is always the employer’s responsibility to assign shifts based on applicable laws and age requirements.

  • Here are some common reasons why your payment might be delayed:

    1. Salaries are paid on the 25th – make sure that date has passed.

    2. Have you reported your time?
      You need to check in/out and submit your time report to receive payment

    3. Who is responsible for your payout?
      – If Simflexity is the employer: contact support@simflexity.com
      – If your employer handles payment: please contact them directly


    You can also check your payslip in the app under Salary to see current status.

  • As a worker, there’s no cost to use Simflexity for receiving your regular salary on the 25th of the month. The app is free to download and use, and there are no charges for reporting your time or receiving your standard payout.


    If you choose to withdraw your salary early via SimflexityPay (Pay-on-Demand), a fee will apply. The fee is always shown clearly before you confirm the payout.

  • Try to speak with your worker and find out if there's been any misunderstanding. If you can't reach them, please email us at support@simflexity.com and we'll do everything we can to help.

  • Download the Simflexity app from the App Store or Google Play and log in using your mobile number.

    Fill in your personal details – such as your ID number and contact information – and your profile is ready!

    You can then add your skills, a personal introduction, a video CV, and anything else that makes you stand out.


    When your employer invites you to a team, you’ll receive a notification in the app.

    Accept the invitation under Settings to start receiving shift offers.

  • We respect your privacy and understand that you may want to delete your account and associated data. You can do this quickly and easily through the settings in the Simflexity app, which is the fastest option.

    If you prefer to delete your account another way, please use the form below and submit your request.

    Upon receiving your request, we will process the deletion of your account and all associated data within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

    Partial Data Deletion
    If you wish to request that some or all of your data be deleted without deleting your account, it is easiest to do this in the app. Alternatively, you can use the form below and specify your request.
